We offer positions across seven vibrant Community-Based Outpatient Clinics (CBOCs) in Casa Grande, Safford, Sierra Vista, Green Valley, Yuma, Northwest, and Tucson. Lifestyle and Schedule
- Work Schedule: Four 10-hour shifts between Monday - Friday, 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM
- Flexibility: Eligible for a compressed/flexible work schedule to align with your personal and family priorities
- Location: Choose from Casa Grande, Safford, Sierra Vista, Green Valley, Yuma, Northwest, and Tucson – Arizona
Job Responsibilities
PACT Physician provides comprehensive care to a panel of adult patients, from young adult to elderly. Duties include but are not limited to the following:
• Works seamlessly with other health care team members to support VA quality and patient satisfaction initiatives.
• Provides direct patient care to optimize patient health including ordering diagnostic testing, prescribing medication including contraceptive medication, consulting with specialty services, and utilizing computerized/electronic medical records.
• Provides patient care in accordance with professional standards, core values and commitment to service excellence.
Qualifications
• US Citizen (with a possibility of considering non- US Citizens per VA Policy)
• Visa Sponsorship: This position is open to qualified non-U.S. citizens if no suitable U.S. citizen is identified. We welcome applications from J-1 visa candidates who meet the qualifications for this role.
• Must have an active and unrestricted license in any of the US States
• Doctor of Medicine or osteopathic medicine
• Residency Training in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine in any of the US States
• Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine

• Eligible to compressed/flexible Work Schedule
• Not a telework eligible position.
