Single Specialty Group Employee, Outpatient only. Competitive Annual Salary. Signing Bonus possible, contact us for details. Relocation Bonus possible. CME time and $3,000 available. 401K with employer match up to 3%. EMR - Athena. 33 DAYS OFF! (20 Days PTO, 4 Floating Holidays, 6 Holidays, 3 sick days). Quality Bonus production incentives up to 25%. Full comprehensive benefits package with includes malpractice with tail. M-F 8-5 No Weekends. Financially stable and Physician led organization with rapid growth. Seeing 18 patients a day. Physician will have a dedicated MA. Location is in a beautiful Island town 16 miles from Jacksonville.
