A West Texas critical-access hospital is seeking a Family Medicine physician to provide compassionate and high-quality care to their friendly, close-knit community. Join a growing, well supported, and stable team of 5 providers consisting of 2 Family Medicine physicians, 2 APPs, and a General Surgeon. This is a modern facility conveniently located between Midland, Lubbock, and the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex.
THE OPPORTUNITY:
• Competitive base salary + Productivity Incentives = 400K+ Proven Income potential
• $90,000 recruitment package
• Outpatient only with no call - See 15-20 patients per day
• 4.5-day workweek with protected admin time
• Medical Director opportunity available for interested candidates
• Practice medicine with a high degree of autonomy, flexibility, and backed by a strong support system
• Comprehensive benefits package includes health, retirement, malpractice, 5 weeks PTO, CME, and licensure reimbursement
