- Full-time, permanent position

- Competitive starting salary, with transition to all productivity based after 2 years
- Four day work week with 32 scheduled hours of patient care
- All outpatient with a very attractive call schedule
- Practice provides scheduled appointments and walk-ins, so some urgent care is required
- Provides safe therapeutic care in a holistic and systemic way to include the assessment and overall care management of a specified patient population
- Exercises independent judgment in the assessment, diagnosis and initiation of medical processes and procedures
Communicates effectively and works cooperatively with others. Has respect for and understanding of other clinical disciplines. Uses an integrated approach to patient outcomes. Utilizes standards, guidelines, and protocols for care delivery. Incorporates data and information to continuously improve care and practice to enhance outcomes.
