Seeking BC/BE Family Medicine physician to join team in South Bend, Indiana
- Network includes over 20 practice sites with over 100 primary care and specialist physicians in St. Joseph, Marshall, and Elkhart Counties
- The selected physician will see patients of all ages; Pediatric through Geriatric.
- Basic laboratory services are available and basic procedures such as skin tag and mole removal, suturing, and joint injections may be performed.
- Competitive salary range in line with MGMA standards

- 27 days off per year; 7 holidays; 5 days and $3,000 for CME
