- Can commit to 3-6 month assignment and even longer
- Permanent or Locum
- Most patients are Medicare / Medicaid
- Working Monday through Friday
- 8 hour days with 1 hour lunch
- 8a-5p
- Last patient is scheduled around 3:30, but provider will plan on leaving around 5:00
- Working with either an MA or an RN
- Check-ups, vaccines and cancer screening as well as diagnosis of disease and treatment or referral
- Common long term conditions treated include diabetes, hypertension, high cholesterol, emphysema, addiction and depression.
- Possibility of some light acute care procedures
- Seeing all ages. Will look at candidates comfortable with adults only
- Around 13-17 patients per day
- EMR is E-Clinical Works
- Open to candidates who may require travel and lodging
