Primary Care | California | 4-5 days per week
Details:
- Location: near Sacramento, CA
- Duration: November/December – Ongoing 6 month locums (option to extend)
- Schedule: Mon-Fri 8a-5p or Tue-Fri 8a-6p
- Scope: Outpatient Primary Care Clinic
- Volume: up to 20 PPD (1 hour built-in admin. Time)
- EMR: Epic
- Group Support: 1 MD, 2 NP’s
- Credentialing:
- Require: Board Certified in Family or Internal Medicine, CA License/DEA, Medi-Cal enrollment preferred
- Credentialing: 30-60 days
