*Location: Mission Hills, CA
*Start Date: As soon as credentialed
*End Date: This is a 3-6 month placement with options to extend
*Setting: Clinic
*Responsibilities: Adult & Child Population, paneled patients are a focus, Chronic Disease Management, Outpatient Primary Care-flu, colds, sickness; Handle own basket
*Shifts: Monday through Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm; Alternatively, 4X10 per week, 8:30am-7:00pm, with variable day off, if desired; No Call
*Patients per Day: 22-24, approximately 3 patients per hour
*Rate: $135-$160 per hour (depending on travel needs)
*Requirements:
- ABFM Certified
- Active, Unrestricted CA License
- CA DEA
- Clean Background/Malpractice
- Updated CV
*EMR: Epic
