- Base Salary: $230,000 - $250,000 / year based on experience

Role: Family Medicine Physician

- Clinic established in 2015
- Award winning health system
- Physicals, Preventive care, Management of chronic health conditions, Sick visits
- Annual exams, Immunizations, Acute walk-in care
- EMR System: EPIC
- Schedule: M-F: 8am-5pm
- Clinics staffed with Family, Internal, and Pediatric physicians along with APP support staff.
- Each physician has elbow support with a dedicated MA and RNs throughout the practice to assist.
- Open to physicians precepting/mentoring APPs if interested. That opportunity is compensated for.
- Average Daily Volume: 18 Patients Per Day
