- Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician
- Experienced and New Grad providers encouraged to apply
- Hospital employed position
- Outpatient Primary Care Clinic
- Full-time position
- M-TH 8a-5p; F 8a-12p
- Approx 15-20 ppd
- Comfortable working with All Ages
