Bon Secours Medical Associates - located 15 minutes from the Atlantic Oceanfront in Virginia Beach - provides primary care for the whole family, offering Family and Internal Medicine to patients of all ages from peds through geriatric.

One Retirement - One Growth - We are adding two Family Medicine Physicians to the team!
We are located in the heart of the city of Virginia Beach. Close to I-64 and I-264, Mount Trashmore and Town Center - 15 minutes from the beach! Restaurants, grocery stores, apparel stores, gas stations - many amenities surrounding the practice.
- 3 MD's and 1 FNP-C in the practice - Team prefers to add a physician with 3+ years of outpatient practice experience but new grads are welcome!
- 100% outpatient practice - no hospital responsibility
- Full Time 36 clinical/4 admin hours per week
- M-F - 7a-4p - includes lunch break
- Call Rotation is 1:10 - shared in rotation with another FM practice
- Our providers see 20-22 patient per day average - after ramp up period
- New provider will absorb patient panel and also establish their own
- EPIC EMR, MyChart telemedicine, DAX Copilot A/I which helps our providers to focus on their patients in real-time and minimizes after-hours patient charting
- X-Ray on site. PharmD and Chronic Case Mgmt assistance are available virtually
- Basic in-office procedures - POC, EKG, suture removals, skin tag removal, I&D, some well-woman care
- 1:1 CMA support
- Qualified Candidates must have completed a U.S. Residency Program, and be BE or BC by the ABMS (ABIM, ABFM).

- $35,000 Starting Bonus
- Resident Stipend: $3,000 per month available for 2nd and 3rd Year Residents
- Up to $10,000 Relocation Assistance > 50 miles
- Up to $65,000 Med School Debt Assistance
- Guaranteed Base Compensation of $250,000 for first two years plus productivity and quality incentives if wRVU threshold is met
- Bonus Available: wRVU Productivity, $ per wRVU Quality Goal, System KPI attainment
- Annual CME Allowance: $10,000
- Comprehensive benefits package including multiple medical plan options, dental, vision, and prescription coverage
- 403b retirement savings plus matching on first 4%
- Supplemental Executive Retirement Plan for Physicians - 5% of clinical comp up to $25,000 per year for first 3 years - subsequent years based on productivity attainment
