Hospital Employee, Traditional. Surgical schedule. Assigned Call with 1:7 Call Ratio. daVinci is available for those desiring to use it. Competitive salary with incentives. Paid malpractice, including post-employment tail coverage. Paid time away from the practice. Retirement savings program with employer matching program. Reasonable call schedule. Excellent benefits including health, vision, and dental insurances. Paid CME, licensure, and malpractice insurance with tail coverage. Total $55k starting and retention bonuses.
