Reason for coverage: leave of absence
Schedule: Full-time (4-5 days per week)
Shift: Monday – Friday 8a-5p (one hour for lunch)
Call: none
Patient volume: approximately 18 ppd
Scope: All ages or adult only
EMR: Epic (experienced required)
Group/support: MA support
Requirements: Clean NPDB, COVID Vaccinated, Board certified or board eligible if recently trained, CA license and California DEA
