Location: City in Indiana offering a serene and welcoming environment with a strong sense of community. About 30 miles to South Bend and 60 miles to Fort Wayne.

Opportunity:
- Schedule is Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., or until all patients are seen.
- Call is 1:7 (phone call only)
- Conventional Family Medicine practice treating chronic disease management; dressing changes; sutures; biopsies; pap smears; joint injection/aspiration
- Basic laboratory services are available and basic procedures such as skin tag and mole removal, suturing, and joint injections may be performed.
- Treating pediatrics to geriatrics
- Candidate will join one Nurse Practitioner
- Average patient census per day is 18-22
- Opportunities for teaching exist with residents [clinical teaching and supervision].
- May be required to maintain active membership status on the medical staff
- EMR: Epic
