A growing community health center on the NW coast of California is seeking BE/BC Family Medicine and Internal Medicine physicians for a hybrid remote model opportunity.
- BE/BC Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Full-time/Part-time openings available, hours of operation 8-5
- Optional call, not mandatory
- 100% out-patient
- FM- will see all ages/ IM- will see ages 18+
- Average 20 PPD
- Hybrid model requires you to be onsite one week per quarter and the first two weeks of employment
- Must live in CA
