Details:
- Schedule: Mon-Fri (8a-5p) – 4-5 days per week
- Scope: Outpatient Primary Care Clinic
- Volume: 18 PPD
- EMR: Epic
- Require: CA License/DEA, Board Certified, Clean NPDB, recent Epic experience, COVID
- Credentialing: 2-4 weeks
