- Out-patient Setting
- For leave coverage
- 4 Day Schedule (Tuesday - Thursday) (8hr days - 8am to 5pm)
- Site is very flexible to accommodate work weeks off
- 18-20 patients per Shift
- Locum provider will have their own MA
- Temp privileges may be available for credentialing
- Active CO State License or IMLC
- Board Status : Board Certified Minimum Years Experience(if applicable) : More than 2 years
- Flu vaccination : Required or Need Medical or religious exemption
- Covid vaccination : Required or Need Medical or religious exemption
- Certification : ACLS
- 4 Day Schedule (Tuesday - Thursday) (8hr days - 8am to 5pm)
- Site is very flexible to accommodate work weeks off Site is looking for 6 months of full-time coverage, with the opportunity to extend and go permanent
