About This Opportunity:
CareATC is currently looking for a Physician that will work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary treatment team to provide exceptional patient care. The CareATC approach is to work with our patient population to assist in chronic disease management through individual interventions, clinic support and ongoing education.
We are looking for a full time, 32 hour per week physician to add to our team at our First Place Tower clinic on 15th St. The physician will work Monday - Thursday with no call or weekends. You will be supported by a medical assistant and health center manager.
