An award-winning independent hospital in Illinois is seeking a Family Medicine physician for its modern outpatient clinic. Position Highlights:
• Join a collaborative group of seven providers delivering comprehensive primary care
• Moderate patient volume gives you time to build lasting relationships with your patients
• State-of-the-art outpatient clinic located right next to the hospital
• 4-day work week with flexible, shared call
Compensation Details:
• $349,000 guaranteed, ongoing base salary plus production bonus
• Top physicians are earning $450,000+
• Recruiting incentives include a $40,000 signing bonus, up to $15,000 relocation, student loan repayment, and a residency/fellowship stipend
• 6+ weeks of PTO plus sick leave
• Comprehensive benefits including health, dental and vision insurance plus both 403b and 457 retirement programs
