About This Opportunity:
CareATC is currently looking for a Physician that will work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary treatment team to provide exceptional patient care. The CareATC approach is to work with our patient population to assist in chronic disease management through individual interventions, clinic support and ongoing education.
We are looking for a physician to add to our on site clinic at GE Appliances in Lafayette, GA. You will work alongside an excellent team consisting of clinical assistants, mental health professional, physician therapist, health coach, and nurse practitioner. The clinic is open Monday - Friday 7am-5pm and Saturdays 8am-1pm. This is a 40 hour per week, full time role with no on call.
