FAMILY PRACTICE / DESIRED SOUTHWEST COMMUNITY
PRACTICE
*Join other hospital employed primary care providers
*New large clinic
*Strong referral base
*Clinic based practice only
*Can work 4 or 5 days per week
*Cerner EMR
*On-going starting salary of $265K + $12K quality bonus + wRVU production bonus
*Expect to earn in the high $300K range yearly
*Full benefits to include malpractice, tail, CME, student support($200K), relo($25K), PTO(28-31 days), and $100K sign-on bonus
*Part of the Fed Student Financial Assistance program
*Building a new hospital
*Nonprofit entity
