Primary Care - Northern Florida
- Community Health Center is seeking Family Practitioners to join their team
- Base salary: $200,000+ with 2-year guarantee plus up to $32,000 in bonuses annually
- 4 clinic sites to choose from in Northern Florida - all are within 40-60 minutes of Gainesville (University of Florida)
- Schedule: Monday - Friday from 8 am to 5 pm with rotating Saturday clinic (8-10 shifts per year)
- Shared call rotation with LPN triage
- Average patient volume: 18-20 per day by the end of year one
- Supervise Physician Assistants after settling in
- EMR Gensuite
