An established non-profit healthcare system just 30-minutes from South Bend, is actively recruiting for a full time Family Medicine Physician to join an established busy practice! This is a bread and butter primary care practice to see all ages in a PCMH model. Come live and work in a town rich with history in a close knit community that has a lot to offer both individuals and families. With the home of the University of Notre Dame just a short drive away, there will be no shortage of events! The ideal candidate is a Board Certified Family Medicine MD/DO with an active Indiana license.
