Locum Family or Internal Medicine | Outpatient Primary Care | California
-Locations: Silicon Valley, CA and Sacramento, CA area
-Duration: January 2024 – Ongoing, Locum coverage
-Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm – 3-5 days/week
-Scope: Outpatient Primary Care
-Volume: 15-20 patients/day
-EMR: Epic
-Support: Full subspecialty support
-Require: Clean NPDB, Board certified, and CA License/DEA, Epic experience
-Credentialing: 30 days
