- Services include Hospital, Primary care, Specialty Clinic, Community Behavioral Health, Public Health, Emergency Medicine and Assisted Living

Your Role with the Company:
- Joining a team of three General Medicine Physicians
- Family Medicine Physician will see patients in a rural health setting, primarily outpatient clinic with some ER
- Will see complex patients, average patient load is 15-25/day
