A well-respected healthcare system is seeking a Family Practice or Internal Medicine in Atlanta to see mainly patients 65+. The Health System focuses on providing value-based quality care with lower census and based upon quality metrics (not volume).
- BC/BE Family Practice or Internal Medicine
- Fulltime, 40hrs week M-F (8a-5p)
- Call Shared amongst all providers regionally (1st line of defense is RN Triage, then escalated to an NP, then to Physician if needed)
- Will be seeing ages 65+ (Occasionally might see adults under 65)
- 100% outpatient
- Typically see approx. 15 ppd
- Developed their own EMR and VERY user friendly
- Competitive base salary (without RVU targets) and bonus based upon quality metrics (not volume), 401k w/ 4% match, relocation assistance, 20 PTO days plus holidays, CME, etc.
