St. Luke’s Elmore is currently seeking a board certified, board eligible family medicine physician to join our collegial and patient focused primary care team that is comprised of an ideal mix of family medicine, obstetrics, pediatrics, and internal medicine. This is an ambulatory opportunity at our Trinity Mountain Medical Clinic, seeing patients of all ages, through all phases of life with both preventive care and treatment for a specific conditions or acute illnesses. We promote the concept of a medical home, emphasizing a continuous relationship with a provider coordinating care for both wellness and illness. The Trinity Mountain clinic offers a wide scope of services, including women’s health, obstetrics, annual exams, immunizations for children and adults, family planning, and disease management. This position includes newborn nursery, pediatric call, and cesarean section assisting.St. Luke’s Elmore has 3 clinic locations providing a broad spectrum of specialty care, urgent care, and primary care. These clinics are located on the same campus as the St. Luke’s Elmore hospital with 25 inpatient beds, a 24-hour emergency department, lab and imaging services, family birthing suites, and a long-term care unit.
