Job description
*Location: Humboldt County, CA; northernmost part of the state
*Start Date: ASAP
*End Date: Ongoing; must make a minimum 3 month commitment
*Schedule/Shift: Full-time, Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm; 3 month minimum commitment; Extensions are possible and providers willing to stay long term will be given preference
*Volume: 15-20 patients per day
*Requirements:
- Active, unrestricted License from Any U.S. State or Territory
- Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible Family Practice or IM Doctor
- Clean Background, DEA, Malpractice, and NPDB
- Able to commit to 3 months, full-time
- Must submit updated CV with response to posting
- Must be committed to rural, tribal and underserved populations healthcare
*Travel & Lodging provided
*Malpractice Insurance provided
*Rate: $150/hour
