Mission Hills, CA is looking for FP asap and will be ongoing
- asking for a minimum of 3 months commitment
- M - F 8:30am - 5pm OR 4x10, no call
- EMR/EPIC
- Required VAX
- Mainly paneled patients, chronic disease management, diabetes, blood pressure, flu/colds etc.
