Requirements & Highlights

  • Medical Degree (MD or DO)
  • BC Family Medicine
  • Active license in Georgia or eligible to obtain
  • Epic EMR
  • Ability to provide primary care services to all ages
  • Services: Well Visits, Annual Exams, Sick Visits, Sports Physicals, Vaccinations &Immunizations
  • 100K in Loan assistance with a 5 year commitment
  • Sign-on Bonus
  • Monthly stipend available for the first 18 months
