Outpatient Primary Care | Locum | Southwest Oregon
Details:
- Location: SW Oregon
- Duration: October-June with option to extend
- Schedule: Monday-Friday (8am-5pm)
- Shifts: Flexible (3-5 days per week or 2-4 weeks per month)
- Setting: Outpatient Health Clinic
- Scope: Primary Care Health and Wellness
- Volume: 12-15 patients per day
- EMR: Intergy/Greenway
- Support: 1:1 MA and RN:Physician
- Require: Board Certified, willing to license!
- Credentialing: 30 days licensed or 90 days if we need to license
