Family Medicine Locum Tenens Opportunity
Compensation: $135 per Hour
We are excited to present an engaging Locum Tenens opportunity in Family Medicine, offering a competitive hourly rate of $135. This role provides an excellent environment for healthcare professionals seeking to make a meaningful impact while maintaining a flexible schedule.
Key Details:
- **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- **Patient Volume:** Minimum of 18 patients per day
- **Patient Demographics:** Mix of pediatrics and adults
- **Chart Closure:** Completion of patient charts within 72 hours
- **Decision Timeframe:** Typically 7-14 days for candidate selection
Candidate Requirements:
- **Work Experience:** Detailed CV with specific month and date information for work experiences, accounting for all gaps in employment.
- **Licensure:** Active DEA (Drug Enforcement Administration) required before start date.
- **Certification:** Board Eligible (BE) candidates will be considered if truly BE with five years or less since residency completion.
- **Advanced Practice Clinicians (APC):** Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar setting (see other AR).
- **Licensure Type:** Accepting both MD and DO candidates.
Credentialing and Immunizations:
- **Credentialing:** The credentialing process takes approximately 30-90 days.
- **Immunizations:** Required for credentialing before the start date:
- 2022-2023 Flu Vaccine
- TB Status/X-Ray Results (results within 90 days before start date)
- Positive MMR Titer or Complete Immunization Series
- Positive Hepatitis B Titer or Complete Immunization Series
- Positive Varicella Zoster Titer or Complete Immunization Series
- Tdap Immunization (within the last 10 years)
- Covid-19 Vaccine (no longer required)
