- More Medicine, Less Desk Time. Enjoy just 32 clinical hours per week, plus 8 hours of administrative time that can be completed remotely.
- Excellent Work-Life Balance. Light, phone-only call with your choice of just two weekday call shifts per month or one weekend call shift per month.
- Up to $230K Earning Potential. Base salary of $200K–$220K based on post-residency experience, plus up to $10K in bonus potential.
- Put a Serious Dent in Your Student Loans. Eligible physicians may qualify for $30K–$50K in HRSA loan repayment, with HPSA scores of 13–15 depending on location.
- New Grad or Need Visa Sponsorship? Both entry-level physicians and candidates requiring visa sponsorship are encouraged to apply.
- Time Off You Can Actually Use. Receive 4 weeks of paid vacation plus an additional week for CME.
