Location: San Bernadino, Ca
Duration: 3-6 months
Schedule: Mon-Fri,
Shift: 8a-5p
Call: n/a
Patient volume: 16 to 19 in office patients a day
Scope: Family Practice ages 0 to 99+
Physicals, New patient visits, Well child, well baby, Sports physicals, Well woman, Minor procedures like Cryotherapy, POCT: HgbA1c, Urinalysis and Retinal Machine for photos
EMR: EPIC
Hospital: clinic
Group/support: 2 LVNs, 6 MA’s
Requirements (boards, license): Board certified, active CA license and EPIC experience preferred.
