Duration: Aug-Ongoing | Locums or Locums to Perm Coverage
- Schedule: Mon-Fri (8a-6p) – 4x10 hr. days
- Volume: 16 PPD
- Setting: Group practice
- Scope: Outpatient Primary Care
- EMR: Epic
- Support staff: Full support staff and 6 Physicians, 3 PAs
- Credentialing: 45 days
- Requirements: Board certified/BE, OR License
