Facility: This is a full time, employed position with a Federally Qualified Community Health System serving central and south Texas. They’re committed to providing patient-centered, behaviorally enhanced health care which includes primary care, dental, integrated mental health, women’s health services, and low cost medications.

Opportunity: Join an established Primary Care practice seeing their Mental Health patients. Onsite care is preferred, but tele-medicine can be provided if desired. Both evaluations and medicine check time frames are flexible and generous. Provider will see all ages working with other Primary Care physicians and experienced MH Nurse Practitioners. 100% Outpatient with a Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm schedule. EMR system is in place and excellent staff support is available.
