Family Medicine - Northern California
- Federally Qualified Health Center seeks BC/BE Family Practitioner to join their team
- Base salary range: $210,000 - $230,000 commensurate with experience
- 4-day work week: Tuesday - Friday, 10-hour days
- See an average of 18-20 patients per day
- Shared call rotation shared with other providers in practice, rotated on a weekly basis - phone only
- Join two physicians and four FNPs in practice - group is recruiting another FNP
- Enjoy a patient panel from newborn to geriatrics. Incoming provider must be comfortable seeing newborn and Pediatric patients
- Opportunity available for this position to transition to a CMO role in the next few years
- $50,000 sign-0n bonus offered
