Family Mecicine Outpatient Locums
$130 per hr pay rate
- Reason for neeed: Vacancy, Long-Term Search
- NO Call
- 18 Patients per shift (well woman care) included
- Full Support Staff
- IM accepted, peds not required but preferred.
Chart closure within 72 hours
Monday-Friday 8-5, 36 hours patient care, 4 hours admin time.
Chronic Pain Management experience, preferred.
A decision is typically made within 7-14 days
We will also accept DO
APC's with 3 years of experience in similar setting
BE will be considered if truly BE (5 years or less since residency)
Active DEA needed before start
Credentialing takes 45-90 days
