Location: Acworth, GA (35 miles North of Downtown Atlanta)
Duration: 11/25/2022 - (until perm hired, expected 3-6 months min)
Reason for coverage: Provider resigning, last day 11/23/22
Schedule: Mon – Fri
Shift: 7a-4p
Call: TBD
Patient volume: 22-24 daily
Scope: Adult outpatient primary care
EMR: EPIC
Hospital: No hospital privileges required unless desire to take call
Group/support: 1NP, 1 RN, 3 MAs
Requirements (boards, license): GA licensed or IMLC License in hand, Board Certified or truly Board eligible. Covid Vaccinated
