Perm/FT Family Physician Needed in NW Washington
*Location: NW Washington State; Clallam County; Forks; Near Coast
*Setting: Outpatient Clinic/Community Hospital
*Start Date: ASAP
*Coverage: M-F 8a-5p; No call, No weekends/holidays
*Shifts: 8 hours
*Requirements:
- Active, unrestricted WA license
- Clean WA DEA (no current suits or unresolved cases)
- BE/BC
*Salary Range: $247,000-$260,000 + benefits
Skills: Examines, diagnoses, treats all ages of patients; performs a range of procedures, medical histories, records and interprets data, collaborates with other physicians, refers to specialists as needed, orders appropriate laboratory procedures, prescribes and advises patients/guardians on appropriate use, administers medications/injection; provides patient education; reviews record and charts, full range of familyBy applying you agree to our Terms of Service
