- The Float Medical Provider is a MD or DO who will be responsible for providing high quality primary care to the patients in the outpatient setting.
- The health system provides comprehensive primary and preventative health care services to a growing patient population. It is committed to providing excellent service to its patient population. The rapidly expanding center offers services that include: internal and family medicine, pediatrics, dentistry, care management, and behavioral health.

It has a diverse team, passionate about meeting the needs of the community through patient-centered, compassionate, comprehensive, integrated care.

When in-person coverage is needed, the Float Medical Provider will be scheduled in-person at a practice location in the Greater Sacramento area.
