- Schedule: Monday-Friday 8-5
- Must be BC/BE in Family Medicine
- Must have an active Oklahoma license
- Primary Care duties
- 2-2.5 patients per hour
- Salary: $250,000 base salary
- Benefits: Full Benefits, 401k, Tuition Reimbursement, PTO, etc
- Credentialing: 4-6 weeks
