Long Term Family/Internal Medicine need in NE AZ, Indian Country-Any License
*Location: Navajo County; NE AZ; outdoor recreation, photography, gorgeous site seeing; located within 150 miles of Grand Canyon National Park
*Setting Outpatient Clinic
*Schedule: Monday-Friday 8a-4:30. NO CALL
*Patients per day: 10-12
*Requirements:
- BC in Family or Internal Medicine
- Active unrestricted license and DEA from ANY state or US territory
- BLS, ACLS, & PALS
- Tuberculosis: Annual PPD or Chest X-ray if there is a history of positive skin test
- Documentation of:
- 2 MMR vaccinations (unless born before 1957)
- 2 varicella (chicken pox) vaccinations or proof of immunity or history of having disease
- Hepatitis B series vaccination & influenza vaccination during flu season
- COVID vaccination and booster(s)
- No lapse in practice > 6 months leading up to assignment
- Must commit to 3-6 months (extensions can be added if desired)
- Committed to caring for underserved/rural/native populations
