Location: Louisville, KY
Start Date: ASAP
Schedule: Mon-Fri
Background & Certifications: BC/BE in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
Procedures: Typical Primary Care duties
Call: No call
Support Staff: NP on site, 3 MAs-1 can do X-rays onsite PT, 2 LCSW and 1 Registered Dietitian
Patient volume: 2.5 Patients per hour
EMR: eClinical Works
Credentialing: 2-4 weeks
Compensation: Competitive Salary commensurate on experience
Benefits: Full benefits
Interview process: 1 interview with Operations, Regional Medical Director and then Client - Onsite tour can be a part of process for local candidates.
