Locums Ongoing FM/IM Primary Care provider needed in Seattle, WA area
*Location: Seattle Metro area; suburb within 15 miles
*Setting: Clinic-Outpatient
*Start Date: November 7
*End Date: Ongoing; through May 2023; 3 month minimum commitment preferred; more dates could be added
*Shift: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday; 8am - 5pm; No Call/weekends/holidays
*Caseload: 40% adult, 60% geriatric; 16 patients per day
*Support Staff: 2 RNs, 17 MAs, 7 front office, 2 supervisors, 1 manager
*EMR: Epic
*Requirements:
- Board Certified FM or IM Physician
- Holds active, unrestricted license; Able to attain WA license by November
- Clean DEA & NPDB (no current suits or unresolved cases)
- Must be able to treat Geriatric patients
- Must be able to treat Pediatric patients ages 3-18; treatment of infants and toddlers is preferred
- Must be able to perform well woman care
- BLS Certification
- Commitment of 3-6 months
