Locums ongoing Family Medicine Provider needed in Northeast Alabama
*Location: NE Alabama, 60 miles east of Birmingham, near AL/Georgia border
*Outpatient Clinic
*Coverage: M-F, 8a-5p, 1 hour lunch break, 40 hrs/week, 3-6 month commitment w/opportunity to extend
*Start: ASAP, as soon as credentialed
*End: ongoing
*Credentialing Timeframe: 20-30 days
*25+ patients per day
*Requirements:

*Requirements:
- Must have active, unrestricted AL license
- Clean DEA & NPDB (no current suits or unresolved cases)
- Must be BE/BC in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine with ability to treat all ages
- Must be comfortable with EMR (NexGen); No scribes available
- Must attend paid orientation the Monday & Tuesday prior to start
- Must have outpatient clinic experience
- Must be able to perform well-woman exams, including breast exams
- Must be able to treat all ages
