End Date: January 1st, 2023 with possible extension
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8 am to 5 pm
Patients per Day: 16 - 20
Patient Population: Pediatrics and Adults
Chart closure with 72 hours is required
Housing and Transportation provided
Occurrence based malpractice provided
Assistance with privileging and credentialing provided
