Permanent Primary Care Physicians Needed in Chicago Full time salary: $225,000 Full time Sign on: $20,000 Bonus: after year 1 and meeting metrics (average 18 patient/day and 250 patients in your panel) year 2 401K with 3.5% match Malpractice, tail coverage PTO: 16 days plus 2 floating holidays & 3 sick days 6 national holidays (NYE, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas) CME: 5 days and $3500 Clinic Hours: 7:30-5 Monday-Friday Call: 1 week every 3-4 months, telephonically
