Urgent need for Ongoing Locum Family Medicine Providers in Georgia
*Location:
*Setting: Outpatient Clinic; No Call
*Start Date: June 27
*End Date: Ongoing
*Schedule: M-F 8am - 5pm
*Credentialing Timeframe: 21 Days
*EMR: Epic
*Patients per Shift: 20
*Requirements: Must have active GA license, Board Eligible, IMLC bids eligible, BLS certification
*Support Staff: RN, 2 MAs, 1 PA/NP, 3 Office Staff
*Providers may be needed to float between facilities
*Travel & lodging provided
*Malpractice Insurance provided
