Locums Ongoing Family Practice Provider needed in NE Alabama
*Location: 35 miles northeast of Birmingham
*Setting: Outpatient Clinic
*Duration: Ongoing 3-6 minimum with option to extend
*Start Date: ASAP
*End Date: Ongoing
*Coverage: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm (with 1 hour lunch)
*No call, No holidays, No weekends
*Paid orientation is provided prior to start date. Orientation is only available on Monday & Tuesday. Provider must attend both days as part of the credentialing requirement.
*Average patient load: 25+ per day
*EMR: NexGen
*Requirements:

- Must hold Current Alabama License and Board Eligible
- Must be comfortable with EMR (no scribes available)
- Family practice candidates preferred. Will consider qualified IM providers.
- Must have outpatient clinic experience
- Negative COVID Test required before starting
- Preference for provider to treat all ages
- Preference for provider to be able to perform well woman exams including breast exams
